Mystivra is for adults aged 18 and older. Before joining a live room or starting a scripted preview, you must confirm this age requirement and accept the applicable terms. You may explore the site without starting a session.

2. AI & symbolic readings
James, Nancy, and Barbara are fictional AI guides. Their portraits are generated illustrations, not photographs of real practitioners. They are not human readers, licensed professionals, or supernatural beings. The live rooms connect James, Nancy, and Barbara to ElevenLabs for AI conversation and synthetic speech. The reader’s image is a still portrait, not an animated video. The separate scripted preview uses prewritten examples and optional device speech.
Tarot and numerology are offered for entertainment, creative exploration, and personal reflection. They are not scientifically established methods of predicting events or determining personality. Readings do not guarantee accuracy, future outcomes, or results.
AI can generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. Readings must not be used as medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Use qualified professionals for decisions in those areas. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
3. Responsible use
You decide what to share and how to interpret a reading. Use a nickname and avoid sharing identity documents, addresses, financial details, sensitive health information, or other people’s private information. Do not use the experience to harass others, create unlawful content, or bypass the site’s controls.
Keep your judgment and autonomy. A guide should never tell you that you are cursed, that a future event is certain, or that buying another session will prevent harm. You can stop the preview at any time.
4. Pricing & cancellations
Session prices are $10.99 for 15 minutes, $24.99 for 30 minutes and $34.99 for 60 minutes, in US dollars before tax. Stripe handles payment details. Room access requires confirmed payment.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Stripe shows the total and applicable taxes before confirmation. Paid time continues while connected, even when you are silent or mute your microphone. Nothing here removes rights provided by applicable consumer law.
If your connection drops, return within 15 minutes to resume the unused paid time with the same reader. One call may be active per purchase. After three automatic resumptions, contact support to have the remaining balance checked. Reconnecting never resets the purchased duration. Automatic rejoining requires at least one minute remaining; smaller balances are retained for support review.
Session not provided or interrupted: open a support request linked to your purchase. After verifying payment and delivered time, we review resumption or a refund for the portion not provided. Submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund. The automatic rejoin deadline does not remove your right to support or remedies under applicable law. Open a request.
5. Your privacy
In the scripted preview, your nickname, question, birth date, and conversation stay in the page’s temporary memory and are cleared when you leave or reload. The live room has different audio handling, described below. Mystivra does not save conversation transcripts in browser storage. Optional account memory is described below. Ordinary hosting and access logs may be processed by the hosting provider. Your language preference is saved in your browser and can be changed using ENG / FR.
Live rooms: after your consent and browser permission, your microphone audio is sent to ElevenLabs for transcription and the conversation. Conversation text is processed by the configured language-model provider, currently OpenAI, with platform fallbacks possible. ElevenLabs records audio and transcripts in the service account. Current settings retain them without an automatic expiry, until manually deleted. Stopping or leaving the room stops the session; it does not delete earlier recordings. Account memory is available only when you enable it in your profile.
Speech playback may be processed by your device or browser’s speech provider. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information such as your IP address. No advertising trackers or marketing cookies have been added.
Camera: your webcam is optional and off initially. Its preview stays on your device. It is not uploaded, recorded, or sent to the AI reader. The reader cannot see you. Camera tracks stop when you turn it off, end the session, or leave the page. In the separate scripted preview, optional microphone transcription and speech playback use your browser’s speech services under their terms. Access, correction, deletion, and privacy requests can be submitted in our support space under Privacy or personal data. Handling a request may require identity verification.
Accounts and memory: Clerk handles login and confirmation of your email address. Mystivra stores your preferred name, language and profile notes in Convex. If you enable memory, conversation text and a summary are linked to your account. Your reader receives relevant history when you choose to continue with your memories. “Start fresh today” excludes earlier topics while allowing the new session to be remembered. The no-memory option neither uses nor saves that session in your profile. You can clear all profile memory from your account. This does not delete recordings held separately by ElevenLabs under the retention settings described above.
Support: we store the contact email, issue description, replies, status and, when verified, the linked purchase. These details are used to handle and follow up the request. Authorized administrators access requests and necessary technical information. Do not copy your reading conversation or payment credentials into this form.
6. Rights & limitations
The site and its visual assets may not be copied or sold without appropriate authorization. You keep your rights in what you write. Inputs support the requested experience and are handled as described in the privacy section.
The preview may contain errors or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that symbolic readings will meet a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your rights under applicable law remain unchanged.
